Description

Mt. Etna Sentinel-1A and B SAR data (C-Band operated by ESA), acquired in TopSAR (Terrain Observation with Progressive Scans SAR) Interferometric Wide mode, was processed using the GAMMA package (https://www.gamma-rs.ch) and currently consolidated two-pass interferometry analysis was adopted (Massonnet and Feigl, 1998). In order to remove the topographic phase, a Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) Version 4 digital elevation model with 30 m resolution was used (Farr et al., 2007). The filtering approach of Goldstein and Werner (1998) was applied to unwrap the filtered interferogram employing the minimum cost flow algorithm (Costantini, 1998). The unwrapped pairs were then geocoded using the DEM. Credit:Modified Copernicus Sentinel data [2020-2021]/Sentinel Hub
